Re: RAIL AND OTHER MEMBERS ON THE OTHER BOARDI believe the decision was made to NOT have the rig set the 9-5/8" liner. So no time for this operation and cementing in the liner. Also likely no intermediate e-logs were run . This revised drilling procedure probably saved at least 6-7 days. Instead the rig drilled to TD and logged the well. They may have also run an abbreviated wireline program since there was obviously no effective reservoir with hydrocarbons. The recent PR with the announced 5 meters of calculated hydrocarbon saturation is a side note, it has no value. |
