Aramco doesn’t have capacity to meet future demand if Iran is no longer delivering oil. Price spike likely to $90 to $100 per barrel. Boomerang effect with rising gasoline prices in U.S. But he said this before on Sep 5. BAD CALL by Amrita Sen & John Killduff who expect $85 WTI/$90 Brent by YE. I doubt IR exports will decrease -1.5 to 1.7 mmb/d as they expect or that world economy can absorb $85-$90 oil w/o demand destruction. |
