Well just be prepared to sell some shares in about 4 months after the hold period has been checked off.

Can you imagine trying to raise our 40% of $1.4 Billion??? Can you imagine the dilution of $640 million dollars if Rio decided to mine this next year? Even at .50 per share that would be 1.28 Billion shares!!! Rio or whomever is holding us down knows this as they are smart. They know what kind of dilution this would mean for little Star and what it would mean to our shares. We are in a very bad place unless somehow in the redacted we don’t have to pay for the capital which I highly highly doubt that would ever be the case. We need an offer from Rio to rid us of this and let them be on there way.

What’s a fair offer? I would say $1.00-$1.50 would be a starting point and a 5-7 bagger for us long time longs. I sure hope I am wrong but it does not look good if we have to come up with the capital.
