Someone PM'd me a couple of days ago regarding these stock grants - I think they total about $50M? The effect on eps shouldn't be too significant. I honestly haven't had time to do any investigation yet.

With the CHMP announcement regarding HCC, and the impending FDA approval (should be all but certain at this point, yes?), I think this is nothing more than a tiny one-time hiccup with regards to earnings.
