All current analyst estimates are based on a restricted label and odds of approval. On approval, this goes away and analysts should start the upgrade party. If the company announces a relatively quick Japan filing and size of their market ($1 billion minimum) the share price should get another bump. Unfortunately we have a criminal enterprise in the house and game playing is certainly possible. A change in management should now help the share price.
