Stopped into PM shop, more like a coffee shop, offered coffee which was nice.

Sampled product. Taste is excellent, really good, very close to cigs but smoother and less harsh. I liked it a lot.

Delivery. This needs work.... charger is about size of iPhone 5, it is bit thinner but similar size. Plus you have a pack of cigs which is half size of reg pack cuz they are tightly packed cigs half the length. Delivery system takes up too much room in your pocket which is crowded already. IQOS is better fro females in purse....

A regular smoker has to charge once a day.....again frustrating, another device to charge?

You also have smoke 1 cig at a time, which is different than taking a few puffs on a vape and putting in your pocket. you have to decide you want the full cig.

Net, net, Taste is really good, delivery is substandard.

Was ready to buy one based on taste, but couldn't get my head around cumbersome delivery. So didn't buy one.

One can see why tech crazy Asians like it, but they need a much more robust delivery to make it in europe and America in my view ?
