Not sure how you feel about specialty/hybrid REITs, but ABR and NRZ have ~10% yields; STWD, BXMT, and LADR have yields in the 8’s%. ABR, LADR recently raised their distributions.

In the triple net space, EPR and LXP: EPR has raised distributions serially for several years, and pays monthly. And LXP likely won’t geow its distributions but pays over 8%. And EPR got whacked over last six months but has come back fairly strongly, and is paying 6-7%.

Not sure if you were looking to add, but I know elsewhere you mentioned “yields too low.” Maybe pair some of these with a faster growing telecom service/data center REIT.
