Re: Short interest upit looks to me like they are just rolling their put options forward... there was 1mm open interest in Sept thats been cut down a lot... looks like they rolled to Oct and Nov.. and the October doesn't look to have any litigation announcement as the Teva is scheduled for Oct 15 and likely more delay to decision after that
